Emma is our Interim Head of Marketing and is responsible for steering our marketing strategy and for building, integrating and communicating the PEMCO brand across all our operating sectors.
Emma has over 12 years experience in marketing communications, branding, events and exhibition management, and has a real passion for learning and development.

Keith is our MD and is responsible for delivering our overall business strategy and for overseeing our day-to-day business operational management.
He’s a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) and is on the UK government’s Occupational Safety & Health Consultants Register (OSHCR).

Craig is our Head of Technology and he’s responsible for ensuring our IT systems are appropriate for the business. Craig has over a decade of experience in supporting business centric IT systems including time as the IT Director of a listed UK insurance provider.

Charlotte is our Business Support Assistant. She’s responsible for delivering a multitude of key business support activities and is most likely to be the person to answer the office phone!
