Supporting PEMCO's core services is a powerful suite of software applications that share a common database and hence integrate operational data across all our service areas. We call the entire software suite MyPEMCO. Our clients gain access to MyPEMCO via a standard web browser. Access to the system is controlled by a secure username/password combination. Individual applications making up MyPEMCO are:
i-Base is a core component of MyPEMCO. It provides storage of all essential property details and management contacts as well as controlling user permissions and access control to all parts of MyPEMCO.
i-Comply is a risk management system which can be used to record and manage all health, safety and environmental inspections, risk assessments, and associated actions across your property portfolio.
From here you can access property specific inspection reports, risk assessments, statutory documents, site photographs and plans.
You’ll also be able to use i-Comply to track and manage all outstanding actions via an interactive online calendar.
i-Learn is a learning management system (LMS) which can be used to deploy, track, record and manage your learning sessions.
From here you can access our e-Learning courses, view our training films or book yourself on any of our classroom based courses.
You’ll also be able to use i-Learn to keep track of your overall learning progress.
i-OnSite is a comprehensive system which can be used to record and report on a number of site activities including, site management visits, service provider activity, occupier liasion sessions, void inspection visits and utility meter readings.
i-Serve is used to record all service provider details applicable to any individual property.
From here you can view each service contract in place, the scope of work, associated terms and conditions and individual contract renewal dates.
i-Help can be used by occupiers, clients or our site management team to request, track and record all site related help calls.
i-Pay is our system to allow the remote distribution, viewing and management authoriation of all site related invoices. This allows us to process site related invoices and credit notes without delay.
i-Connect is our occupier portal and allows property occupiers to benefit from PEMCO's purchasing power, giving direct access to pre-negotiated discounts on the most popular business products and facilities related services. Occupiers can place orders quickly and easily thus saving time and effort.
Our clients may not need or not want to have use of all these applications, so we have designed the system with a powerful ‘permissions grid’ which allows us to switch on or off individual applications to suit each client’s operational need.
