Our advice line is designed to assist clients with any property related health, safety or environmental management query including interpretation of legislation and general management guidance. Our highly knowledgeable and experienced team of compliance consultants are on hand to offer expert advice, as well as liaise with enforcement authorities on your behalf.
Details of all telephone conversations are documented to provide you with a permanent due-diligence record of both the issue and it's resolution.
Our office hours are 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the advice line is available 24/7. We arrange for emergency calls outside of office hours to be answered by a duty consultant on a rota basis. This ensures that your call will always be received and responded to by real person, not an answering machine.
