Safety Essentials

To keep things simple, we've broken down our wide range of safety management services into a a concise number of specific service items, such as workplace risk assessment, fire risk assessment, disability access audit, portable appliance testing, asbestos management, water hygiene assessment, etc. We call these items our 'Safety Essentials'. By selecting items from our essentials range, our clients can 'pick & mix' individual service items that best suit their needs and this also allows us to focus, without distraction, on our client's real and specific operational requirements.

We've also invested heavilly in cross-training members of our safety compliance team to allow individual members to become multi-skilled and thus able to deliver multiple compliance service items during a single site visit. In fact we encourage our team members to work together on compliance projects as often as possible to enable the sharing of professional knowledge and experience and to encourage the practice of 'peer review' and to allow a culture of open collabaration to flourish.

Qualified and professional

Our experienced team members are specialists in their field, and therefore when undertaking a site inspection, come with the ability to identify risks sooner. Some team members come from local authority enforcement backgrounds and others from safety management positions in industry. However, all have solid hands-on experience in the property management sector – we’ve made this a minimum PEMCO requirement. Our senior management team have decades of experience managing both property compliance and operational management issues in some of the UK’s largest commercial properties. When recruiting staff into our team, we place high value on individuals that don’t mind getting their hands dirty and have solid experience of delivering sensible and workable solutions to real life property management issues.
