Where would the property industry be without occupiers? At PEMCO we recognise that property occupiers are a key stakeholder in the property management industry. Without occupiers, we would have nothing but empty properties and landlords would have no rent roll. Consequently, because we believe occupiers are the starting point of the property value chain, we think it's only right and proper that we do everything that we can to ensure that they enjoy the best possible property services to enable their own businesses to flourish.
On behalf of the property landlord or their agent, our team of experienced on-site operations managers will set up regular liaison visits with all property occupiers. This is to ensure that occupiers are kept up to date with any works or developments going on at the site, to ensure that the property continues to meet the occupier's immediate and future needs, and to deal with any day-to-day operational issues that may otherwise impact on the occupier.
We also ensure that occupiers are actually occupying the property in accordance with the terms of their lease and that everybody on site continue to play their part in ensuring ongoing compliance with health, safety, environmental and other regulatory requirements.
All occupier liaison visits and the outcome of any occupier meetings are recorded on our online i-OnSite management system and of course our clients always have 24/7 secure access to this important management information.
