PEMCO can provide a team of very experienced on-site operations managers either permanently based at a single site location (building manager / shopping centre manager) or visiting several smaller and/or less-complex sites (field operations manager) as required. Our operations managers ensure that any site contractors are performing well, any minor repair works are undertaken properly; occupiers are kept in the loop and looked after, and of course, that ongoing compliance with health, safety, environmental and other regulatory requirements are maintained.
All our operations managers are directly employed by PEMCO and are highly trained and experienced in hands-on property management.
Our field operations managers are home-based and provided with a company branded vehicle, laptop computer and mobile telephony. They provide operational management services to a number of properties within their local area on a drop-in basis. Property visits may be regular and planned or ad-hoc and unplanned, or a combination of both, depending on operational needs and client requirements. Property types most commonly serviced by field operations managers are those properties which don't require a continual on-site management presence such as small retail parks, business parks and industrial estates.
In some larger properties, particularly shopping centres and larger office developments, it's common for us to provide an on-site team of professional operational staff consisting of a general site manager, a site technical manager and site administration staff.
