VINCI Employee Performance Management

The Brief.

Following a review of their Employee Performance Management process, VINCI approached us to work alongside them to deliver a digital learning solution for their revised process.

What we did.

First, we listened to the key stakeholder in the businesses so that we could learn more about the opportunity they had identified and their vision for the learning. It was clear from the offset that this learning needed not only to inform employees of why it is important to have good quality conversations but also the new VINCI process.

In addition to this there was a need to support employees with top tips, models, and resources that they can use for scenarios that may occur whilst on the job.

The Results.

To achieve this, we worked closely with the Learning and Development team to create two fully responsive learning suites, one for managers and the other for team members. Both learning solutions included a fully responsive learning dashboard containing a 2D video explainer video, a suite of core mini modules and a suite of additional resources to equip employees whilst on the job.
