Health & Wellbeing

Wellbeing Coaching.

My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour and some style.

— Maya Angelou

What we offer

We offer professional Wellbeing coaching which is accredited by the NHS Care Institute.

All coaching is facilitated by one of our Partners, Shelly; as well as being a fully accredited Wellbeing coach, Shelly is also a qualified yoga teacher and studying for a MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. You are in good hands!

70% of us report we actually spend most of our time somewhere between ‘functioning’ and ‘flailing’ (Rath, Harter & Harter, 2010). A wellbeing coach takes a holistic view and looks at all areas of a person’s life.

By working with clients in this way we can help them:

Understand

Understand what Wellbeing is

Discover

where they are now using the PERMA model

Dream

and get clear on what they want to go!

Design

how to achieve their goals

Deliver

small wellbeing habits that will live beyond the coaching sessions.

This allows our clients to build a happier and more fulfilled life. Therefore enabling them to live more mindfully, to cope better with daily stressors and to feel happier and healthier. Stop struggling and start thriving!

Our wellbeing coaching can be carried out one-on-one or in teams. This can be done virtually or in person. We would recommend a minimum of 4 sessions per person / group.

Benefits

Wellbeing is our ability to feel good and function effectively at work. 20-30% of business performance can be determined by the mood of employees (Goleman, 2000).

Research has identified three main areas that demonstrate a clear business case for investing in your employee wellbeing:

Staff retention

– unhappy employees leave workplaces more than happy employees do

Productivity

– people who are happier tend to produce higher and better quality work

Creativity and collaboration

- people in good moods have been found to do better at working with other people and coming up with new ideas.

Why invest in workplace wellbeing?

High levels of Wellbeing has also been associated with a range of positive outcomes for individuals some of these include:

Nearly 6x

more likely to feel engaged

29%

more likely to be more productive

45%

more likely to be satisfied with their jobs

46%

less likely to experience unhealthy days

125%

less likely to burn out

32%

less likely to quit
