Project Spotlight:
Cross Keys Homes – Damp & Mould

Social Housing REgulation Bill

We are delighted to have partnered with our client Cross Keys to design, develop and deliver Damp and Mould learning for their employees.

What did the client need?

As part of their already established and ongoing Damp and Mould prevention initiatives, CKH wanted to provide further opportunity for knowledge sharing and learning for their employees.

How did we work together?

First, we listened to the key stakeholders so that we could learn more about the opportunity they had identified and their vision for the learning. It was clear from the offset that there was a need for a blended learning solution combining an initial series of face to face workshops with an ongoing digital learning module.

What did we deliver?

We were able to draw upon both our H&S and L&D consultancy services alongside our in-house creative team to deliver CKH a truly blended service and blended learning solution!

This resulted in an initial series of face-to-face workshops co designed by our L&D Consultant, Shelly Thornton Hodgson and our Senior Health and Safety Consultant, Emma Sohbati. One focus of these workshops were to enable CKH employees the opportunity to contribute and shape the second piece of this work which was a digital learning solution. To date Emma, has delivered a series of face-to-face workshops for CKH.

We are now working closely with the team at CKH, using the feedback from these sessions to design and develop a digital learning module focused on Damp and Mould prevention.

What they said.

"Just wanted to give a HUGE thank you from me! The sessions were very well presented they were open, honest, true and factual which reflected all of today's challenges including external influences that impact CKH"
