Our Story.

Our story began in 2010 when Keith West looked back on his 30 plus year career, and with a radically reinventive mindset reconsidered the way businesses could achieve their true potential.

Keith climbed the ranks amongst healthcare, airline, hospitality and retail sectors, where his roles progressed from an electrician to engineer, manager to director and they taught him how the minutia within an organisation could have a profound effect on its overall performance.

In 2010 he decided to facilitate his own portfolio of clients with the intention to lead them to a better way of doing things.

Since then, Keith has not only grown PEMCO from its humble first premises of his garden shed to a state-of-the-art office in the heart of Harrogate, but he has established us as the benchmark for our sector.

Keith has developed a dynamic partnership team by bringing in individuals who share his vision and are committed to upholding everything he has built.

Shelly Thornton-Hodgson brings a wealth of experience in People Management and Learning & Development from both public and private sectors.

Shelly originally graduated in Psychology and continues her studies with a Masters in Occupational Psychology alongside additional study in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Life Coaching. Shelly currently sits in both the Learning & Development and Wellbeing part of our business and enjoys working with clients on a wide variety of projects.

We believe that our adeptness to think independently on behalf of our client base, coupled with our thorough and restless nature is what keeps our position in the industry and with the right team in place we have some exciting plans for the future.
