A study by the University of Bristol found that employees who exercise before or during work hours are better equipped to handle the pressures and challenges of the workplace.

It also found that their general mood improved on days they worked out and were less calm on days they did not.

What we offer

We believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical fitness or age.

It is not all sitting in the lotus position and doing headstands; yoga can also be grounding breathing exercises or quick desk based stretches.

We can offer yoga sessions in your workplace, bespoke corporate videos, virtual classes or incorporate yoga into wellbeing days/initiatives.
